I found I had to suggest things to try - ie google hospital procedures. Remind safe of issues with reading and writing etc...
Suggested improvements
Too many different people involved - not the best communication between staff, ie told glasses broken, go to collect staff member said glasses were find. Later on phone call to say may actually were broken could I collect and get mended.

The waiting list is regularly reviewed and we are working hard to improve waiting times. We have had additional clinicians join the team which we anticipate will impact positively on these waiting times.
